If your first framework isn’t useful to you, ask within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll refund you in full. No reason needed.
The 14-day satisfaction guarantee

- The 14 days start when the framework arrives in your inbox, not when you pay.
- Haven’t used a credit yet? You can also get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
- Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, for example after a discount code.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your framework hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of using a credit, or it arrives broken or for the wrong program, contact us and we’ll refund that purchase in full, even outside the 14 days.
What isn’t refundable
- Requests made after the guarantee window has passed.
- Unused pack credits after the window. They never expire, so you can still use them.
- Refunds are not tied to whether a funder approves your application. We can’t guarantee approval (see our Terms).
How to ask for a refund
Email support@northgrants.ca from the address you used to buy, or include that address in your message. We’ll confirm within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It’s faster for you.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
